Gentle Flow: Yoga for the New Year
Service Description
Escape the residual chaos of the holidays and step into stillness. This Gentle Flow Yoga class is dedicated to cultivating inner peace (Shanti) through deep, supported poses, mindful breathing (Pranayama), and guided meditation. We will work to clear the mental clutter of the past month, ground ourselves in the present, and plant the seed of a meaningful New Year Intention (Sankalpa) for the year ahead. Your ticket includes a comforting, warm boba drink to sip on after class.
