Whether you are new to yoga and are nervous about diving into a group class, or are an experienced practitioner who wants to take your practice to the next level, 1-on-1 yoga can be a great tool! Together, we will discuss your intention for the sessions, set goals, and map out a plan. One 30 minute planning/discovery call is included with purchase.
