Well, 2016 has been a whirlwind of a year. I can’t even believe it is over. Here is a quick year in review of TheYogiRD:

My first intern will be joining me in the summer of 2017!
I would love to see this little community grow into a space where we can share inspiring stories of health and happiness. I have met so many wonderful people throughout 2016 and I can’t wait to see what 2017 brings!
