A New Beginning, 2017



Hello and welcome to the new and improved blog of TheYogiRD!

Goals:

  • My main goal for 2017 is to send out a monthly newsletter. I really enjoy reading other people’s newsletters and I think this is a good way to keep us all connected. On the other hand, I know your inbox fills up quickly which is why I chose a once a month plan. These newsletters will include information on upcoming events, discounts, and other announcements. What I’ve been up to:

Well, 2016 has been a whirlwind of a year. I can’t even believe it is over. Here is a quick year in review of TheYogiRD:

  • Launched TheYogiRD

  • My first private yoga client

  • My first corporate presentation

  • On the board for the North Suburban Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

  • My first intern will be joining me in the summer of 2017!

I would love to see this little community grow into a space where we can share inspiring stories of health and happiness. I have met so many wonderful people throughout 2016 and I can’t wait to see what 2017 brings!
